The inscriptions on the memorial (translation):
"TO THE HEROES AND
MARTYRS
OF GEMBLOUX
AND / GRAND-MANIL
WHO DIED FOR BELGIUM
1914 - 1918."
After the Second World War, "1940 - 1945" was added.
