Memorial Garden Elvington

On the grounds of the Yorkshire Air Museum is a memorial garden. De Central memorial carries the following text:

IN EVERLASTING HOMAGE TO THE COURAGE OF THOSE WHO HAVE FOUND THEIR WINGED VICTORY THROUGH THE SKIES OF YORKSHIRE

There are plaques for:
- No6 (RCAF) Group Squadrons of Bomber Command 1939 – 1945

- No 4 Group Bomber Command Squadrons 1939 – 1945
