War Memorial Wisborough Green

This memorial commemorates the residents of Wisborough Green who were killed or missing in World War I and World War II.

On the backside is a plaque with the following text:
IN MEMORY OF THE CANADIAN TROOPS
WHO LEFT WISBOROUGH GREEN ON 19TH AUGUST 1942
TO TAKE PART IN THE RAID ON DIEPPE
MANY OF WHOM PAID THE SUPREME SACRIFICE
