Lee (St. John the Baptist) churchyard contains four burials of the Second World War.

Driver Norman Adams (18), Royal Army Service Corps
Pilot Officer Harold Belsher (28), Royal Air Force Volunteer Reserve
Sergeant Kenneth Brown (20), Royal AIr Force Volunteer Reserve
Private Frank Hearn (23), Somerset Light Infantry

There are also four graves of the First World War at the churchyard.
