Belgian War Graves Meulebeke

At the communal cemetery of Meulebeke are 17 Belgian War Graves from the Second World War. The graves are dated from May 1940 when Belgian and German troops fought near Meulebeke on 27th May 1940.

Here is also ther grave of Belgian soldier (Michel Lapeere). He fought with the 18th Line and died near Looz on 20th May 1940.
