Remembrance Place Voßberg

This remembrance place was built in World War II by German soldiers, after a British bomber crashed in a searchlight-emplacement on 23 of 24 October 1941. In the crash, the 4 crewmembers and 4 German soldiers were killed.

On 4 April 1943, an anti aircraft gun emplacement was hit during a bombardment and 5 German soldiers were killed. Among them also men who built the remembrannce place.
