King's Own Scottish Borderers, which was the covering battalion during the withdrawal and itself left on 18th June 1940. The British airmen buried here include a number who were killed bombing the great German airfield at Malpertus in 1941 and 1942.
There are also 16 Commonwealth burials of the 1914-1918 war, 15 of which are unidentified.
