Commonwealth War Graves Wimille

Wimille Communal Cemetery contains nine Commonwealth burials of the Second World War. There was heavy fighting over the area in 1940 and 1944.

Sergeant Thomas Geoffrey Webb, 40670, age 19

RAF - 12-03-1941
Sergeant Henry Jones, 973995, age 20
Sergeant William James Morgan, 631925, age 21
Sergeant Frank Stones, 975763, age 21

RCAF - 12-03-1941
Sergeant Thomas Herbert Rose, R/56850, age 19

RAF - 05-02-1941
Sergeant Rowland Clifford Jones, 748624, age 24.

There are also two graves of unknown victims.
