Bunker H58

This bunker was part of the Swedish coastal defense line built during the war. There are many but this one is a bit special and it's easy to see as you pass by it when you drive through Helsingborg in the direction towards north. It's part of a city defense that today is mostly gone.

Bunker H58 was a anti tank and machine gun bunker that blocked the main road out of the town in the northern direction. You can see the door and the rails used to drag the gun into the bunker. There are 2 holes in the wall they where used to to drop hand grenades on to anybody hiding against the wall.
