Memorial Deportated Men Saint-Eustache

On 22 December 1943, 3 German soldiers were killed by the resistance in Saint-Eustache. As reprisal, German soldiers, the SS and the Gestapo invade Saint-Eustache and arrested 28 citizens. 4 were relaesed but the rest were deportated to German concentration camps. Only 4 of them survived the concentration camps. This memorial has been erected in memory of those who were deportated.
