Central Remembrance Cross Forest Cemetery

This cross at the Forest Cemetery commemorates all soldiers and civilians from World Wat I and World War II who were buried here. The plaque also commemorates the almost 4000 men from Aachen who were killed elsewhere in World War II.

The cemetery contains 2455 graves from World War I and 2633 graves from World War II.

The plaque is part of the project "Wege Gegen Das Vergessen" (Ways Against Forgetting).
