V.C. Corner Australian War Cemetery and Memorial contains the remains of 410 unknown Australian soldiers who fell in the Battle of Fromelles (19-20 July 1916).
It also commemorates 1.299 Australian soldiers who fell in this battle and who have no known resting place.
