Loughborough Carillon & War Memorial Museum

This memorial, the Loughborough Carillon, commemorates the residents of Loughborough who were killed or missing in the First World War and the Second World War and the conflicts in Cyprus, the Falklands and Korea.

Within the tower there are three floor of militaria. They represent the efforts of the men and women who helped make this country safe for future generations to enjoy in freedom and peace.

There are items from each of the armed forces, men and women and the civilian population, keeping alive the memory of comrades, many taken before their time and to allow future generations to respect those sacrifices.
