National Liberation Memorial Schumann's Eck

Because of the 50th celebration of the liberation of Luxembourg, this memorial was erected. The memorial contains several plaques of the American units who were involved in the battle.

There is also a three-km-long trail where foxholes can be seen. In the woods is a memorial which commemorated all the soldiers who were killed in this forest. It is located at a former mass grave, where more than 160 German and American soldiers were buried.
