Commonwealth War Graves Greenwood Cemetery

The twenty Commonwealth War Graves at Greenwood Cemetery in Owen Sound, Ontario, Canada include the graves of three Victoria Cross recipients, each of which is marked with a large Canadian flag.

The three VC winners buried in Greenwood Cemetery are:
-First World War ace William Avery (Billy) Bishop
-David Vivian Currie (the only member of the Royal Canadian Armoured Corps to have been awarded the VC)
-Thomas William Holmes (Canada's youngest VC recipient)
