"S. Darius and S. Girenas" Airfield
This airfield was built by the German army in 1915. It was captured by the Red Army on 16 June 1940 and bombed by the Luftwaffe in June 1941. Days later, the German army captured the airfield and reused it until 1944. The retreating German army destroyed several of the airfield's facilities in 1944.
It is currently used for sports aviation.
