Former Italian War Cemetery Colline Sant'Elia

This former war cemetery contained the remains of 30.000 Italian soldiers and officers who fell in the First World War. Their remains were exhumed in 1938 and reburied at the mausoleum of Redipuglia. It serves as a memorial park these days. There a number of artillery pieces and memorials standing here.
