Memorial Code Breakers

In the grounds of museum Bletchley Park is this memorial. The text on the memorial is:
WE ALSO SERVED

It's erected for the men and women who worked here for the intelligence services during World War Two. They had to decode the enemy messages. After the war they weren't allowed to talk about their wartime activities for decades.

The text on the plaque at the base of the memorial is:
THIS PUBLIC MEMORIAL FOR THE VETERANS OF BLETCHLEY PARK AND ITS OUTSTATIONS WAS DEDICATED BY HET MAJESTY THE QUEEN ON JULI THE FIFTEENTH 2011
