Heroes Memorial Dargov

Between December 1944 and January 1945, the Dargov pass was scene of bitter fighting. A total of 22.000 soldiers gave their live during this battle.

Today an immense memorial is erected on the former battlefield to honour those who participate and (in worst-case) died in the battle of Dargov pass.
