Memorial "The Putten Raid" Concentration Camp Neuengamme

This Memorial, at the site of the Neuengamme Concentration Camp, commemorates the Putten Raid.

On 2 October 1944, more than 600 men were taken away, the bulk of which to Neuengamme and sub-camps of Neuengamme. Very few men survived.
