Memorials St. Botolph's Church Boston

In the St. Botolph's Church in Boston are two memorial plaques. The text on the first plaque is:
TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN THE LOVING MEMORY OF

THOMAS BASIL WOOD 2ND LIEUT. 4TH BN. LINCS. REGT. KILLED IN ACTION IN FRANCE OCT. 13TH 1915. AGED 20 YEARS.

ALSO OF

CHARLES SINCLAIR WOOD LIEUT. R.N. KILLED AT SEA MARCH 19TH 1918. AGED 29 YEARS

The text on the second plaque is:
TO THE GLORY OF GOD AND IN THE LOVING MEMORY OF MEABURN STANILAND CAPTAIN 4TH LINCOLNSHIRE REGIMENT TOWN CLERK OF BOSTON KILLED IN ACTION NEAR HOOGE IN BELGIUM 29TH JULY 1915, AGED 35 YEARS.

ALSO OF HIS BROTHER GEOFFREY STANILAND 2ND LIEUT. 4TH LINCOLNSHIRE REGIMENT KILLED IN ACTION AT LINDENHOEK IN BELGIUM 13TH APRIL 1915, AGED 34 YEARS

Adjacent to the standards in the chapel of the blessed Virgin Mary is the following text engraved:
THIS CHAPEL OF THE BLESSED VIRGIN MARY WAS RESTORED AND ITS ALTAR REPLACED BY SOME WHO LOVED THIS CHURCH THAT HERE MEN MIGHT REMEMBER BEFORE GOD IN GRATITUDE THE SACRIFICE OF THOSE WHO FELL IN THE GREAT WAR AND IN GLADNESS THE SAFETY OF THOSE WHO RETURNED

Separate plaques commemorate:

Private Frederick Wingfield Harwood, who gave his life on 9 June 1900 in the South-African War (2nd Boer War).

William Frederick Leng who gave his life on 23 July 1901 in the Anglo-Boer War (1899-1902).
