Memorial 10th Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment

This memorial in St. James church commemorates the 810 members of the 10th (Service) Battalion Lincolnshire Regiment who were killed or missing in the Great War (World War I). The 10th Battalion was raised in this town on the 9th September 1914 and was disbanded 3rd June 1919.
