1940 Dunkirk Veterans' Association Memorial
This memorial at the National Memorial Arboretum commemorates the Operation Dynamo, the evacuation of 338,000 troops from the beaches of Dunkirk from 26 May to 4 June 1940. The memorial is made of sand from the beach of Dunkirk.
