Memorial 28th Division Band "Bazooka Boogie"

The memorial consists of:
To the left side an LeFH 18/40 Howitser.

In the middle a stone with a plaque with the text:
<< Bazooka Boogie >>
In memory of
the brave musicians
of the 28th Division Band
who helped defending Wiltz
December 18th 1944


On the other side of the stone a Pak 43/88mm has been placed. (PaK = Pantzer abwehr Kanon / Antitankgun).
This PaK 43/88mm is in the best shape of all three that have been conserved in the Ardennes. (Wiltz, Troisvierges and Hochfels).
