War Memorial Carnoustie

This memorial commemorates the residents of Carnoustie who were killed or missing in the First World War (140 names) and the Second World War (41 names).

Attached to the memorial are plaques for:
George Mackenzie Samson VC
and
Charles Edward Jarvis VC
They both won their Victoria Cross during World War One.
