B-52D Stratofortress "Diamond Lil"
This Boeing B-52D, at the entrance of the US Air Force Academy, was used from 1957 to 1983. It is one of the two B-52D’s with a confirmed MiG kill during the Vietnam conflict. The "Diamond Lil" did that during operation Linebacker II, in 1972.
