Crash Location P-38 Lightning

This memorial and wreck commemorate the crash of a P-38 Lightning, flown by 2nd Lt. Max P. Clark, which went down during a gunnery training flight on 9 February 1945.

The exact location of the site is not known and can be asked for at the Bureau of Land Management Lake County.
