War Memorial Pembroke

This memorial commemorates the residents of Pembroke who died in the First and Second World War. Sometimes also the names of those who died in the war in Korea and/or in peace operations are written on the memorial.

Many of these memorials were erected after the First World War. After the Second World War, the names of those who died in that war were also added to the memorial. Some memorials not only contain the names of the fallen, but also the names of those who served in wartime.
