Solkan Bridge

This bridge was built between 1900 and 1906. In World War I, the Austrians destroyed the bridge as they left Solkan, so that the invading forces couldn't use it.. In World War II, the bridge suffered little damage from bomb attacks, which the Germans could repair in a few days.
