Spanish Civil War Memorial Estacas

This memorial on the church commemorates the residents of Estacas who fought on the Nationalist side and were killed or missing in the Spanish Civil War.

Nowadays the policy is that many Nationalist memorials are no longer maintained. If they are damaged by the lack of maintenance or due to vandalism (which happens often), then they are often removed.
