War Memorial Clemency

This memorial commemorates the residents of Clemency who were killed or missing in the Second World War.

The monument consists of two separate parts that are practically next to each other in a park.

Left: against the wall a relief in white stone with the text below
"Fir d’hemecht 1940 - 1945" ("For the fatherland 1940 - 1945")

Right: a cube with a bronze plate:
at the top of the coat of arms
below: "Died for the fatherland 1940 - 1945
The municipality of Clemency "
followed by 18 names in 2 columns stating their year of birth.
