Battle Grove Cemetery

Battle Grove Cemetery contains graves of 47 Confederate soldiers who were killed in the American Civil War (1861-1865). Many of them were from John Hunt Morgan's 2nd Kentucky Cavalry which was invoved in the Battle of Cynthiana. Many graves are unknown.
On this location, the second Battle of Cynthiana started.
