Memorial Rescue Danish Jews

This beautiful sculpture celebrates the Rescue by the Danish resistance, of about 8000 Jews from Nazi occupied Denmark to neutral Sweden by sea running the gauntlet mostly on one night in October 1943.

99% of Denmark Jews survived the war.
