Information Panels Goeree-Overflakkee

On 1 July 1943, Colonel Arman Peterson was shot down above the Dutch coast and leaves his aircraft per parachute. However, his parachute is shot to pieces by German soldiers on the ground and Peterson falls from a great height. He is intantly killed.

The Foundation WO2GO are to keep alive the memory of the air war and especially the crew members concerned. The Foundation had large and small information panels installed. These panels are at the point where there was a crash or that has taken place the fate of a crew member. The panel's mission, the unit, but mainly describes the fate of the crew.
