Bennett Place

Bennett Place is a carefully reconstructed historic farm and the site of the largest surrender of Confederate soldiers during the American Civil War, on 26 April 26 1865. This ended the Civil War in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. At the farm is also a memorial.
