Friend to Friend Masonic Memorial

This memorial in the Gettysburg National Cemetery Annex commemorates the "Armistead-Bingham incident" after Pickett's Charge in the Battle of Gettysburg, in which Union Army Captain Henry H. Bingham assisted mortally-wounded Confederate Brigadier General Lewis Addison Armistead. Both were Freemasons.
