Biography

Eagle 7 tank crew, loader/assistant gunner

He was the Assistant Gunner of the T26E3 Pershing tank crew that was immortalized in a tank duel at the cathedral in Cologne, Germany which was caught on film by an Army Signal Corps photographer. His crew has more recently been featured in the best selling book "Spearhead" written by Adam Makos.
