• Operation Postmaster (1942)

Miguel Llompert was police chief on Fernando Pó (now Bioko) during Operation Postmaster, when two ships were hijacked by British commandos under his watch. He led a failed attempt to apprehend the perpetrators and obtain information from those he had arrested after the raid.
