Capitán Armando Binea was the Captain of the Colonial Guard on Fernando Pó (now Bioko) during Operation Postmaster, when two ships were snatched by British commando's under his watch. He led a failed attempt to apprehend the perpetrators and obtain information from those arrested after the raid.
