Biography
Ulrich Elicki was taken Sovjet POW ar Pizek, Czechoslovakia. He was taken to NKVD POW camp Nr 07 near Kirov. On December 2nd, 1946 he died at the hospital Nr. 3171 and was buried at the cemetery of Rudniki-Kayski, Kirov.
