    "Flight Lieutenant Dekker is a keen and courageous pilot who has participated in much operational flying in the course of which he has rendered verey valuable service.
    His assignments have been varied and the successes obtained are an excellent testimony to his great skill and fine fighting qualties. As Flight Commander he has pressed home his attacks with the utmost determination and prescision and has, at all times, set a fine example."
