Biography

Became a lawyer at the age of 20.
In 1933 he was the youngest leader of "Parti Socialiste Français" PSF created by Marcel Deat. Member of PPF in 1936.
Member of SOL (Service d'Ordre Légionnaire) in 1942, served in cabinet of Joseph Darnand. Took the command of a compagny at the Eastern Front with LVF until 1944.
Called back by Darnand in March 1944, he became "délégué général de la Milice pour la zone Nord", the highest leader of Milice for the Northern Zone. Followed Darnand in Germany and Northern Italy at the beginning of 1945. Then took shelter in Spain and was sentenced to death in absence at his trial.
