Biography

Heinz Brandt was the son of General der Kavallerie Georg Brandt (1876–1945) and took part in the preparations for the 1936 Olympics between 1933 and 1936 at the Kavallerie Schule in Hannover. At the 1936 Olympics he won the gold medal with the Show jumping riders team.
