Biography

Mark D. Bingaman was the son to Robert Baird Bingaman and Elsie Josephine Molesworth and was married to Marcella K. Bingaman-Norris. Yeoman First Class Mark Bingaman was among the 836 victims aboard the U.S.S. Franklin, when it was attacked by Japanese bombers on March 19th, 1945. He was buried at sea and is being commemorated at the Tablets of the Missing, Honolulu Memorial.
