Biography

Alfred Czech was a farmers son of 12 years of age, when he in Goldenau, twice transported wounded soldiers to safety with the tractor of his father. The first time he transported eight wounded, the second time four. As thanks he received the Eisernes Kreuz 2.Klasse on March 20th, 1945 in Berlin. After that he was placed with the Werhmacht and was wounded in Sudetenland.
