"For meritorious service in connection with military operations, as Chief Technician, Central Dental Laboratory No. 2, Paris, France, from 28 January 1945 to 8 May 1945. Technical Sergenat Naff displayed outstanding ability, initiative and ingenuity in the organization and operation of a dental laboratory. Through his untiring efforts and excellent knowledge of prosthesis, Technical Sergeant Naff contributed greatly in the successful accomplishment of his unit's mission. His combined services reflect high credit upon himself and the armed forces of the United States.
