Major Allsopp was charged with the responsibility of maintaining liaison between British authorities and the G-2 staff of Headquarters, Communication zone and Headquarters Advance Section, Communications zone. His knowledge of British and American army organisation, his cooperative spirit in dealing with difficult problems, and his unfailing tact, courtesy, and devotion to duty were of valuable assistance to headquarters, Communications zone in the performance of its mission. Major Allsopp rendered outstanding services which reflect credit on himself and the Allied armies."
