F.A. Dutton appears in the ‘Nominal roll of the wounded' compiled by Peter H Starling (1998). According the information on the list Colonel Graeme Matthew Warrack noted F.A. Dutton was at the Willem III-Barracks in Apeldoorn. F.A. Dutton left Apeldoorn at 26.9.1944 as a walking wounded to POW Camp Stalag 11A (Altengrabow).

According the de List of Wounded 1st Airborne Division the injury sustained by F.A. Dutton is described as a compound fracture to the right arm.
