"This NCO provides a most outstanding example of keenness and devotion to duty as corporal in charge of an aircraft. He will do continuous special work for long hours, without an idea of rest, and is always keen and willing for more work. He is extremely conscientious, and is continuously endeavoring to improve his technical knowledge. His maintenance crew is one of the finest in the Squadron, due largely to the example he sets."
