Memorial Stones Borneoplein 18
Here in Amersfoort on September 12, 2018 three Remembrance Stones were laid for:
IRENE OSSEDRIJVER, murdered on July 9, 1943 in Sobibor.
ARNOLD VAN ROOIJEN, murdered on May 7, 1943 in Sobibor.
These memorial stones are here for war victims, deported and /or murdered in the Second World War. In Amersfoort, memorial stones are also awarded to resistance fighters who lost their lives.
